Missing Child Policy
If you arrive at school to collect a child and they are not there:
Check with the class teacher as to where the child is.
If the child has been at school, contact the club straight away.
Manager or person in charge will contact the parents to see if they have arranged for another family to collect the child.
If this is not the case, the children currently in your care should be transported to the club while the school initiate a search for the missing child.
Parents should be informed of current situation.
