Missing Child Policy

If you arrive at school to collect a child and they are not there:

  • Check with the class teacher as to where the child is.

  • If the child has been at school, contact the club straight away.

  • Manager or person in charge will contact the parents to see if they have arranged for another family to collect the child.

  • If this is not the case, the children currently in your care should be transported to the club while the school initiate a search for the missing child.

  • Parents should be informed of current situation.
